The Story
Peachwave Frozen Yogurt is a Holland-born brand with a growing national footprint — licensed locations across the country and one in the Cayman Islands. With no franchise fees and no royalties, their licensing model is built to attract entrepreneurs. But finding and converting the right owner prospects required research, strategy, and marketing built around two very different audiences: potential owners and loyal customers.

How We Worked Together
We started with owner persona development and experience research to understand what drives prospective licensees and then built a website, ads and support materials to champion recruitment. From there, we turned our attention to making life easier for the shop owners, both new and established. Ready-to-use creative for new flavors, promotions, and events gives every Peachwave operator the tools to market their business with confidence and build the kind of loyal local following that keeps customers coming back.

Today Peachwave has grown to 40+ licensed locations nationwide and continues to expand.
