Account Manager
Account managers are passionate about client success, strategic thinking, planning and organization. They serve as the key link between our organizations’ clients and the project team, but their role extends beyond simple project management. People who thrive in this role have an intuitive understanding of strategic marketing, and understand how to assemble the right resources to meet client objectives. They’re responsible for leading the discovery process, developing key messages, writing strategies, ensuring projects stay on-time and on-budget without compromising quality.

Internship Programs
Internships are available for college juniors and seniors majoring in fields related to marketing or design with a GPA of at least 3.5. Our internships are designed to help prepare students for real positions in the workforce. As such, we do require a level of professionalism in both your attendance and your work.
Strategic Communications Interns
Boileau & Co.'s 12-week internship program is designed to develop and grow students in the field of strategic communications. We hire interns in teams of two and look for students who appreciate nuance, depth and quality to grow with our team. The interns work with their mentors to help clients share compelling stories, demonstrate expertise, and advance their brands with thoughtful research, writing and front-end web development.
The positions require a set three-day schedule from 8:30am- 5:00pm in-person at our office in Holland, Michigan.
